Terms and Conditions of Sale, Laftya
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on ca.laftya.com.

The site is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Canada.
By placing an order on the Site, the customer fully accepts these terms.
🔹 1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Laftya.
🔹 2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
🔹 3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Laftya reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, orders will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.
🔹 4. Orders
Every order carries a payment obligation.
The customer will receive an email confirmation once the order is validated.
Laftya reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of non-payment, prior disputes, or suspected fraud.
🔹 5. Payment
Payments are made through secure platforms such as Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Banking data is encrypted and never stored by Laftya.
🔹 6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within an average of 2 to 5 business days after validation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Laftya is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
🔹 7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
The request must be sent by email to 📩 contact@laftya.com.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a shipping error caused by Laftya.
🔹 8. Returns & Refunds
In the case of a defective product or an order error, the customer can request a replacement or a refund by writing to 📩 contact@laftya.com.
Laftya is committed to providing a fast, transparent resolution.
🔹 9. Liability
Laftya products support personal wellness, but they do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
Laftya is not responsible for misuse of its products or for any damages arising from use of the Site.
🔹 10. Personal Data
The data collected is used exclusively to manage orders and the customer relationship.
Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with our Privacy Policy.

🔹 11. Intellectual Property
All content on ca.laftya.com is the exclusive property of Laftya.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
🔹 12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Spanish courts.
